A 28-year-old former Miss Kentucky who's now a middle school teacher in West Virginia has been charged with sending nude pics of herself to a 15-year-old boy who used to be a student of hers. The boys' parents found the photos of Ramsey Bearse on their son's phone and told police about it last week. Bearse admitted to police that she'd sent at least four topless photos to the boy through Snapchat from August to October. She is charged with four felony counts of distributing obscene materials to a minor. Bearse was named Miss Kentucky in 2014 and competed in the national Miss America pageant, where she won the preliminary talent competition for her fiddle performance.
